On November 27th, President Trump tweeted that Biden can only enter the White House as President if he can prove that his ridiculous “80,000,000 votes” were not fraudulently or illegal obtained.
This is a very critical statement. It confirms that President Trump would confront these malicious forces perpetrating the election fraud right to the end, and never concede.
On November 10th, the White House Budget Office directed federal departments to prepare budgets for President Trump’s second term. The US Secretary of State, Mike Pompeo, also stated publicly – in front of the global media – that there will be a smooth transition to a second Trump Administration.
Despite all this, the leftist media has not stopped spreading fake news, – bald-faced lies – about President Trump.
Independent REAL Journalist James O’Keefe obtained exclusive recordings from CNN internal meetings. He published a clip of a recording on the evening of December 1st. Someone in the recording mentioned that the news organization “has to be very careful and very responsible” about not giving President Trump too much of a platform on his not conceding the election.
On December 1st, on behalf of the US Department of Justice, AG Barr – or as I like to call him, the Swamp-Bush-Hippo™ – told the Associated Press that so far, we have not seen fraud “on a scale that could have effected a different outcome” in the election. Can you imagine how many millions of Americans are disappointed after Barr said this?
Rudy Giuliani, head of President Trump’s legal team, then quickly issued an announcement refuting Barr’s statement.
– First, he stated that the DoJ did NOT even have a current, decent investigation into election fraud, and second,
– President Trump’s team had collected evidence of election fraud in six critical states but the DoJ has yet to look at that evidence, and third,
– President Trump’s team had also collected testimony from many witnesses, but again the DoJ has YET to look into these witness testimonies, and fourth,
– the DoJ HAS NOT audited any of the voting machines, or called any witnesses to uncover the truth, and finally,
– Giuliani stated that they will continue to seek justice through the judicial system, state legislators, and eventually all the way to the Supreme Court.
The AG’s view indicates that he has no investigation and no knowledge of this massive election fraud.
Yesterday, a poll watcher in Pennsylvania revealed that after attending a public hearing in Pennsylvania last week, an agent from the DoJ office of the Inspector General, paid a surprise visit to her home, to “collect evidence” of election fraud.
But the background of the investigation, and the agent’s motives, are completely unclear. And most importantly – again – there have been NO significant actions taken by the DoJ to investigate election fraud. Thus, Giuliani’s statement from yesterday, is an accurate and true reflection of the current situation.
No wonder independent Attorney Sidney Powell mentioned in her November 30th interview that the FBI and the entire DoJ, needed to be sanitized.
The Communist Left has been engaged in a ‘last stand’ effort to destroy the United States from 2008 to 2016, when oblabla was in power. And when Trump was UNEXPECTETLY elected by We the People, they, including oblabla, began to be openly engaged in a four year planned coup d’é·tat, in an attempt to remove the legally elected President of the United States.
If elections are not guaranteed to be fair anymore, the United States will cease to exist. What will follow? Either a very UNcivil war, or we will go down merely with a whimper in the annals of history. I don’t mind shooting my way out of this, but I REFUSE to go down without a sound.
So the third option is instituting a limited Martial Law, such as Lincoln did in 1863.
If the US legislation, court and even congress, flat out refuse to follow the Constitution, then President Trump should issue a limited martial law, in order to hold a new election and in order to uphold election fairness.
In accordance with Article 1, section 9 of the United States Constitution, which states that “the privilege of the rid of Habeas Corpus shall not be suspended unless when in cases of rebellion, or invasion of the public safety may require it.”
In Maryland, Lincoln arrested thousands of people who were suspected of “southern sympathies” and imprisoned them without trial in military prisons, some were sentenced for years.
He even ordered the arrest of a member of the Ohio House of Representatives, for alleged sabotage. At the time, the Chief Justice of the United States, intervened in obstruction Lincoln, saying that Lincoln had violated Habeas Corpus, and Lincoln issued an arrest warrant for the Chief Justice.
In a series of events, Lincoln’s unconventional use of Martial Law brought the United States out of dangerous situations and imminent disintegration, and maintained the stability and security of the United States.
The CCP is the real agitator behind all of this. Lin Wood tweeted a couple days ago that “our country is headed to civil war, a war created by third party bad actors for their benefit, not for We the People.” Communist China is leading the nefarious efforts to take away our freedom, by taking down President Trump, and seriously meddling in our elections.
The CCP has been infiltrating America for the last 20 or so years, from the local level to state and federal level. To top it all off, the CCP is now using the voting system to manipulate American presidential elections.
This calls for the President to impose limited martial law and hold a new election. When Lincoln initiated martial law, he arrested many people in order to protect national security. He even put them in military prisons without a trial. If Trump does initiate Martial Law, and conducts a new election, it is entirely possible that he will follow Lincoln’s example to clean up the swamp formed by leftist forces in the US.
This could include former and current government officials, leftist media executives who spread false and fake news or suppress truth, such as Jeff Zucker, and tycoons and corporate leaders and CEO’s of tech giants who participate in election fraud, in an attempt to subvert the legitimate election of the President, as well as the far left organizations (ideas…) such as antifa and blm that disrupt American society.
Section 2384 of title 18, chapter 115, of the U.S. code, provides the penalty for seditious conspiracy:
“If two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof, they shall each be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both.”
Section 2385 of title 18 also states that a fine of imprisonment for not more than twenty years, or both, for any person suspected of willfully and intentionally, encouraging, abetting, or advising, the overthrow or destruction of the government and subordinate of the United States or any related territory.
A twitter user listed in 2019 the people that she thought were involved in the above crimes. The list included former CIA director john brennan, former President oblabla, house speaker nancy pelosi, billionaire george soros, the facebook CEO and dozens of others, but in fact there may be much more than that.
So will Trump impose martial law? I guess we shall see. What I do know is that the newly appointed Secretary of Defense, Chris Miller, is very supportive of Trump and that he upon taking office, requested that the U.S. Special Forces – which have the authority to operate within the United States – report directly to him.

This tweet can without doubt be interpreted as a strong signal by the President, that Martial Law will indeed be an option for him to consider.
I guess we will find out in a few weeks.
If Martial Law will be imposed, it will not affect regular citizens.
